You can request a return or exchange if:

  • The product you received is damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered
  • You contact us within 7 days of receiving your order
  • The item is unused, in original condition, and in original packaging

❌ Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for:

  • Products that are used or damaged by the customer
  • Items returned after 7 days of delivery
  • Items without original packaging or accessories
  • Clearance or sale items (unless damaged or wrong item)

If your item qualifies for exchange:

  2. Share your order number and reason for return
  3. Once approved, we will arrange the exchange process

Note: In some cases, customers may need to send the product back using a tracked courier service.

If a refund is approved instead of an exchange:

  • Refunds will be processed via bank transfer, Easypaisa, or JazzCash
  • Refund time: 3–5 working days after receiving the returned item

🚚 Return Shipping

  • If the return is due to our error (wrong or defective product), we’ll cover the shipping cost
  • If it’s a change of mind, the customer is responsible for return shipping
