🔁 Return & Exchange Policy – Basra Store

At Basra Store, your satisfaction is our top priority. If you're not happy with your purchase, we offer a simple return and exchange process to make things right.
✅ Eligibility for Return
You can request a return or exchange if:
- The product you received is damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered
- You contact us within 7 days of receiving your order
- The item is unused, in original condition, and in original packaging
❌ Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns for:
- Products that are used or damaged by the customer
- Items returned after 7 days of delivery
- Items without original packaging or accessories
- Clearance or sale items (unless damaged or wrong item)
🔄 Exchange Process
If your item qualifies for exchange:
- Contact us on WhatsApp at 0328 8711122 or email us at mrcomputer375@gmail.com
- Share your order number and reason for return
- Once approved, we will arrange the exchange process
Note: In some cases, customers may need to send the product back using a tracked courier service.
💵 Refunds (If Applicable)
If a refund is approved instead of an exchange:
- Refunds will be processed via bank transfer, Easypaisa, or JazzCash
- Refund time: 3–5 working days after receiving the returned item
🚚 Return Shipping
- If the return is due to our error (wrong or defective product), we’ll cover the shipping cost
- If it’s a change of mind, the customer is responsible for return shipping
